The Netherworld Empire is a militarized, absolute monarchist state which rules over a vast and expanding empire of 19,000 alternate earths and 290 million various realms.
During the Age of Eternal War - a conflict which began at the end of the Light-Darkness Wars and renewed during the Late Pre-AD Age -, the Netherworld began it's Imperial Expansion until reign of Nobunaga li Britannia truly witnesses a expansion period lasting for 5600 years.
The Netherworld Empire has it's own Sith Order, whose members are absolutely loyal to the ruling Devil Britannia Clan and it's Matriarch, Maleficent.
Nobunaga is the current Dark Lord of the Empire and while he orchestrates events from the Clone Wars to the Earth Wars, he names his sisters Euphemia and Nunnally as well as his brother Sapphire as his designated heirs.
He is ruthless to assassinate his other siblings - Gihren and Kycilia Zabi - due to conflicting ideals yet is a grand master at manipulating people and events in order to achieve his Pax Netherria Age.
His empire is modeled after both the Mongol Empire and the Tokugawa Shogunate of Feudal Japan while updating it's military to meet modern standards.
