I admit I don't know Honkai Star Rail, but your art just catched my eye, so I'm here to say hello and leave some (hopefully useful) tips. 
If you're interested in official events/ infos, you could follow @team . Otherwise... I think it can take a bit of time to find the right sub-community, but groups can be a nice start.
There are also those for artists who offer commissions, but I don't know which of them are good, sorry. 
In addition dA has a forum, so if you have questions and don't know who to ask, this could be a good place to go.
