The Black Fang is considered the most powerful and ferocious werewolf in existence. Emerging from a specific bloodline every few millennia, this species of lycanthrope adheres to all the trappings of its kin, but it also uses magical attacks that other wolves cannot. Its main power is derived from its blackened canine tooth (also known as the fabled "Black" or "Blood" fang). This allows it to lead and control large legions of werewolves and other were-animals, as well as deliver devastating projectile attacks. However, if the tooth is ever removed or destroyed, The Black Fang would cease to exist and its magical bloodline would be cut. Many others, magical or otherwise, have sought to control or destroy the power of the Black Fang.
