WEll, it's been a long time since I wrote anything here. Been busy with my jewelry and other stuff like stressing over life and crap. Been thinking about trying to open the Etsy store again some time this fall but time keeps slipping through my fingers and I'm not very good with promoting and trying to sell stuff. I just love to make stuff.

The ideal situation would be, if I could get someone doing the marketing and all that on my behalf, but I'm still keeping my ears open on that..

At least some things are moving forward! I'm teaching a wire wrapping jewelry class 1. and 8.10 at the local craftscenter. It's not that big of deal, since it's only a short course, about 6-8 hours, but at least it's something new. And the people there want me to teach another class in the spring for the upcoming medieval faire that will be in the fall. This years faire was a success otherwise. I made some nice profit there

Mostly I'm waiting for the christmas faires and such to come along. I will need to make some more of fimo charms for earrings and the like. Like candies, cupcakes, donuts and dogs.. people keep asking me for dogs like crazy! It's just very hard to make them from the soft mass, since they need to be quite small and I don't want to make them look too derpy

I keep pining over an opportunity to go to a bigger event, like a craftsman faire in a bigger city. The tablerents are just ridicilously expensive, and since I live in Finland, travelling is a big issue. Costs are silly, if I go on a train, and I don't sadly have a car :/ Ahh well, maybe some day in the future!

Fantastic fall for all of you who keep watching for my stuff! I'll try to get better pictures done of my jewelry.. I'm just too lazy on anything other than the actual making x)

It's been ridicilously hot in Finland lately, but at least we've had few days of thunder and rain here and there which suits me just fine, because I absolutely adore thunderstorms! I can't understand how some people are afraid of it, hehe.
I have also started to dream about jewelry with different kind of tools, like forging, etc. But as it is, I don't have stuff like that, or the money to acquire them.. so it'll be somewhere in the future for me. Living an bohemic kinda artist life is pretty hard in Finland since being an artist or living by the art or craft you make is really not appreciated that well. I'm not also that much of a salesperson, I love to create, not advertise my crafts. Maybe some day it will get easier, I hope.
