project I made in my craft elective at Cleveland Institute of Art in which we had to come up with a way to display, protect, encase, etc. a "precious" object. The only object I had was a ring that my mom didn't want and didn't fit me.
each feather was cut out of 16 gauge copper with a jewelers saw, all glued together, patinated and held by purple fabric.
the ring itself is made of silver and holds a small peridot and two very small diamonds.
