Description
FINALLY GOT AROUND TO DRAWING THIS GUY. He's another character from my zombie apocalypse thing. I wasn't intending to draw a real background, but WOOPS :3c
His name is Dr. Cedric Turner. He's a researcher trying to find a cure for the Zombie virus. He's the only one left at what used to be a government run facility. He's beyond desperate at this point, working tirelessly & it's gotten to the point where morality has gotten a bit loose.
Trying to work as quickly as he can, he lures survivors into his facility with promises of food & medical aid, but he slips sedatives in their food & water before locking them up in makeshift holding cells to experiment on. He feels horrible about it, but at the same time he feels like it would be even worse if he stopped. Dude is overworking himself, not sleeping enough, & pretty much driving himself mad with guilt & stress from the pressures he feels to try to save what's left of the world.
Funfacts:
-He's a lykoi cat which is why he has such weird fur
- His facility is actually the one Kojote originally went to when he found out he was "immune" only to rlly fuck things up when much to everyone's misfortune, it turned out his immunity wasn't without some violent side effects
-He puts ear tags with a serial number on each survivor is takes in, including himself for ease of keeping track of notes & data. This is not only for himself, but also incase anything were to happen to him & if anyone else were to take over his research.
-Whenever someone dies from his experiments (usually after being purposefully infected to test a possible new cure only for it to fail & them being euthanized), at the end of his notes for that subject he always tries to write some nice final notes about them. Either based off of things he's overheard them say about their lives & families or based off of things he's found in their possession (like items related to hobbies, mementos, & photos). He does this to try to ease his guilt a bit by recognizing their humanity despite having treated them like lab rats.
Wonderful
