Amberg

Heya everyone, Im not only still alive but also still doing creative stuff sometimes, yay for that!  
This was a gift to my hosts on the Haflinger Stud I stayed with in january. I did woofing there, it is kinda like voluntary work on organic farms and you get food & accomodation for it and my work was mainly around the foals and green horses. It was awesome

The horse in this painting is their breeding stallion Amberg, apparently the only one in New Zealand and a pretty chill horse. Still, the pose in the picture was what I got to see every morning when he came running towards me, all stallion-y - just to stop and go like 'ah, you've got some hay for me? how pleasant!' :'D
I've got tons of photos from there, I'll probably upload some of them pon my travel blog in the next few days. The blog is not very up to date right now though. if you want to have a look this is the blog, just be prepared that since it is mainly aimed at family & friends you might get to see photos of things you don't wanna see (e.g. selfies. a lot of selfies.)

Done with water colors on pretty shitty paper in about an hour or so. Wanted to post it anyways.
I've got so many sketches, some New-Zealand-themed doodles but also a lot of random drawings and I didn't show them to anybody so far. Is anybody keen on seeing some stuff from my sketchbook?
