I'm so glad I closed my TikTok account. I just couldn't risk leaving it abandoned if I couldn't access it after January 19th.
Besides, the app is full of cringe, crybabies, dangerous challenges, politics, and many other nasty stuff.
Also, the app is already banned in India, one of the most populous countries on Earth. I can guarantee that people in the United States can live without TikTok.
Just move to YouTube Shorts or Instagram reels. It's not hard. And it's less cringy.

Well, I've done it.
To start off 2025, I have officially deleted my TikTok account.
Because the app might get banned on January 19th of 2025 in the United States, which is the country I live in.
I just can't risk having the account be abandoned if I can't access it after January 19th.
