Possible Scam alert

Hey guys, earlier I got this note that seemed suspicious: 
I didn't know what it was about so I ignored it. Went to check my messages again a bit later and the account is deactivated. It's probably a spammer making multiple accounts and phishing for your password via a link so be careful!!
