I Sleep In A Jungle

Originally written September 20, 2007...I am staying at my daughter’s house temporarily while I look for a house here. Not a bad arrangement, really. So her spare bedroom has become my temporary domain. Above the bed I am watched over by lions, giraffes and elephants.They are my guardian spirits, watching over me as I sleep, protecting me from the evils my mind creates at night. It actually seems to be true. All my life, the majority of my dreams have been nightmares.
