Cartman

Haha, Yeah... It's Eric Cartman.... Man I love South Park. I found a picture of him on Google (so I guess I sorta cheated..) And took it to this program that I downloaded called GIMP, which allows transparency. So I erased his hat. And then I took the picture to this site called ImageMagick Studio, and I merged it with a piece of glitter from a glitter tile site. Yeah...
