Redraw FMA Art: 2011 vs 2024 - EdwardxEmmy

Redraw of an old Art I did last year of me re-drawing a very old FMA Art I did of Ed and Em in 2011. The old art is obviously when I first was getting around to working on my ocs, and I was about- 15-16 depending when that Art piece was made [the old one]. Obviously got asshats coming at me complaining why Emmy looks like a copypaste of Ed or why she looks like a fem version of Ed. I can understand as to why because of what shes wearing, I think at the time maybe I made her wear a similar outfit cause Alphonse from the 2003 series also wore a similar outfit. So maybe at the time I thought on she has the similar outfit maybe something Ed made for her at the time? Who knows honestly but the hostile kind of comments I got in 2012 was unnessesary to say the least. Give my 15-16 year old baby a break good lord. Anyways-

Yeah obviously alot has changed with my character and shes back into having a long braid however her braid is a bit of a low version and not to mention its a much thicker braid. Than Edwards much thinner braid. Plus the drawing I did was for the timeline with brotherhood where Ed is doing a final battle with father and the humunculi. So him just wearing the red coat, black tank. Not the silver black inner jacket top with it this time. Emmy doesn't have her brown jacket as she also wears her black tank.

Also Emmy used to have a automail right arm back then but then I removed it cause I got smacked about it. Well now she has it but this time its on her left arm instead. 'cause I think her having one makes sense given her situation with her backstory with the car accident especially her having alot of scars from it.

Am happy how this came out honestly and excited to revisit the FMA works of mine and do much more of it.
