Last Light on Togue Pond

Last light on the shores of Togue Pond in Baxter State Park. Just in the shadow of Katahdin, tallest peak in Maine, Northern Terminus of the Appalachian Trail.

It felt as if standing in a painting when I stumbled upon this site. I sat with it until the last traces of light were gone from the evening sky.
