I suggest a movement where all current police officers are to be re-trained for one hour every day on the use of deadly force, due to the many officer shootings I've been hearing about. If an officer does not attend these re-training sessions of their own volition, they will suffer pay loss for up to a week on the first offense, suspension without pay for the second for an indeterminate amount of time, and the third will result in termination.
