Azul

Officially introducing Azul (though prelim versions of him are floating around in my gallery). He's a merman in the same world ad Ginto, Specter, and Kelp. He's a confident, preppy, vain, friendly, and outgoing guy. He's frenemies with Ginto, they either bicker or totally because they're so much alike, depending on the situation... Will more develop between them?!
