What do YOU do when you are stressed out?

So, for several reasons that shall remain unlisted - I have been super stressed for over a week now. And nothing seems to cure it. I'm so stressed that my mental capacity is actually diminishing. My brain is fried. So do any of you guys have recommendations on de-stressing yourself? What works for you?Thank yooou~!
