Yes, Angel Dragons are an open species. I believe it goes for the same with Dutch Angel dragons, but those have much more specific requirements. I could be wrong about Dutchies.

What exactly is the difference between ADs and DADs beside muzzle ring rules? I have some character designs I wanted to upload but I don't know what folders they fall under.
