Please read the description and rules carefully before placing a bid. Bidding means that you have agreed to everything that is written.

You will be blacklisted if you delete or hide your comment after bidding, or if I cannot contact you after the auction ends.

✦ Auction rules

• Auction ends 48 hours after the first bid.

• Please bid under the comment chain. Always reply to the previous highest bidder.

• If there is a bid in the last 30 minutes of the auction, the auction time will be extended for another 30 minutes. The auction time will be extended until the last bid has remained for 30 minutes.

• Serious bidders only!

Payment must be made within 48 hours after the payment details have been sent. If not, the auction will be cancelled and the adoptable will be re-listed. Additionally, it will add you to a blacklist.

✦ Terms of use

• No cancel. No refund.

• Do not claim the design as yours.

• Always credit me when using my art (Awanonia). As for the design, you do not need to always credit me, but it is greatly appreciated.

• The artwork and design can still be used by me, the artist, for my own portfolio and work samples.

• You can adjust the design moderately (50%), however, do not adjust or modify my art.

• Can only be owned by one person.

• Ownership change can only happen after 14 days of purchasing.

• Can be gifted, traded, and resell only for the same or lower price as bought.

• Paid commissions of this adoptable can be added to the value when reselling only if you have commercial rights. (For commercial rights, *2.5 of the first bought price must be paid directly to the artist, unless already bought commercially or stated otherwise.)

• Only the design, not the artwork, may be used for profit under commercial rights.

• Usages for AI and NFTS are not allowed in any circumstances.

• I reserve the right to reclaim ownership of the adoptable(s) without providing a refund if you are found to be violating its terms of use. You will be blacklisted as well.

• Terms of use cannot be modified. Always give these permissions to the new owner.
