• If there is a bid in the last 30 minutes of the auction, the auction time will be extended for another 30 minutes. The last bid must stand for 30 minutes.

• No cancel. No refund. No AI. No NFTs.

• Do not claim the design as yours.

• You can adjust the design moderately, however, do not adjust or modify my art.

• Always credit me when using my art (Awanonia). As for the design, you do not need to always credit me, but it is greatly appreciated.

• Can be gifted, traded, and resell only for the same or lower price as bought.

• Commissions of this adoptable can be added to the value when reselling only if you have commercial rights. (For commercial rights, *2.5 of the first bought price must be paid directly to the artist, unless stated otherwise.)

• Only the design, not the artwork, may be used for profit under commercial rights.

• I reserve the right to reclaim ownership of the adoptable(s) without providing a refund if you are found to be violating its terms of use. You will be blacklisted as well.

• Terms of use cannot be modified. Always give these permissions to the new owner.
