Process:
-Note me with your order and any character references
-I will first sketch out your order, do not pay me until you have approved of the sketch (this makes it easier for me to do what you want : 3 )
-Once the sketch is approved I will not continue the commission until I recieve my payment
-Once payment is recieved I will try to finish the commission as fast as I can :3

I ask that you please be descriptive about what you want, that way it'll be easier for both of us.

Refunds:
-Refunds are applicable ONLY BEFORE THE SKETCH IS FINISHED.
-Once the sketch has been, finished and sent for approval, you can't ask for a refund.
