Ambar-of-the-Dead

Call me Ambar. I'm 25 years old. For my whole life I have drawn as a hobby and I will always keep on making art. I also hope to get a creative job where I can use this addiction professionally. The themes of my art were mostly surreal or morbid in my first years on DA but my topics varied over the years. I made a lot of Fan Art, cause I'm a big movie lover as well as a fan of many nerdy things like superheroes, anime and Star Wars. I rarely play PC games but a few of them inspire my art. These days I concentrate more on original works, again mostly dark-/fantasy-themed.

I'm tolerant and open-minded, but (or better: so) I can't stand fanatics, bullies, arrogant or aggressive people. Treat others as you would like to be treated!

My favorite music is Folk, Metal and EDM in all their forms. But I have an open mind about (almost) all music genres. I listen to almost everything as well as I try to look in every culture for new fascinating things. The things we surround ourselves with are what define us. They make us individuals.

From summer 2014 to 2017 I've been on the art path of the school I attended. I'm more than proud I could be there - finally surrounded by classmates I really like and who share their sense of creativity with me. Long live the artists! Shall their creations and their spirit never die!

From fall 2018 to 2020 I continued the creative work in my studies ("visualization and interaction in digital media" which is 3D art/design, animation, CGI, Game Design) but quit and now study media science to get in the world of film. Let's see how that will work out...
