Snowy Apartment

Taken Feb 1 2021. It has started snowing where I live, after the weather not making much noise this winter season. It looks like a cold February this year. I haven't painted a lot of snowy scenes ever, and I thought maybe if I took my own photographs to paint from it would motivate me. We'll see...

The half-frosted doormat caught my attention, and the snowy bushes. I can imagine a cat on this doorstep, and it would look nice with maybe a wreath on the door. It's so quiet and humble.
