Ermine

That's an ermine, not a mink. A mink has brown fur, is much bigger and more like an otter. They live near water. The stoat/ermine is what you are thinking of, they are the small, frail, weasels that live in the green grass and are much fiercer than they look. I think I confused them too when I was younger, probably because they are both used in fur coats. 

I still think it's cute though   I think someone should make an icon of an actual mink
