Right off the bat! I know you can't really 'feel' the milk flowing when you breast feed- as was pointed out by a patreon member when I posted this on there. But my friends with kids say the first few times breastfeeding can be painful, and feel different. So we're just gonna say what Zira is saying here is legit, alright? XD
