Dongfeng EQ2050 - Liberian Army

In an odd timing after the purchase of 15 M1045 HMMWV’s by the United States in 2016, China donated 8 examples of the EQ2050 light multipurpose vehicle to the Liberian Army later in the same year as a gesture of “additional assistance”. A further 5 were donated during 2019 and has been used as a light multipurpose vehicle within the Liberian Army in tandem with the HMMWV. Also seen in usage during nationwide anti-terror operations from 2017-2021.
