So, I've decided to come back! Again. Got a new name and everything. It's sad to say goodbye to marimbamonkey14, and I'll always be grateful for my formative years on the old Nintendo Power forums (RIP), but let's be honest. Middle school me did not choose a very forward-thinking username.Now I'm sorta grown up, done with college, and working full time at Pixar as a simulation and character-cloth artist and occasional software engineer. I was recently lucky enough to be accepted to the Pixar Technical Undergraduate Program and I'm so excited! (I won't be working on any of the movies, but I'll be doing projects mentored by Pixar technical directors.)I just started doing 3D CG art/animation last semester and I love it so much.  It's the perfect combination of the technical and artistic.  I'm majoring in physics and computer science, but I love storytelling and illustration, and I can't think of anything that fits me more than computer graphics.So anyway, I know I've been dead on dA for a while, but I'll try to post some of my 3D stuff some time.   Maybe after Pixar I'll hav...
