I did this poster for my friend as a late birthday gift, cuz she LOVES Kurt. Also, it may be slightly difficult to read because of the dark lighting in this photo, but to the left of the portrait is my friend's favorite Cobain quote: "I'd rather be hated for who I am than be loved for who I am not." This is on black paper, mixed media: charcoal, Prisma colored pencils, soft pastels.
To be completely honest, I'm not entirely pleased with how this piece turned out. It doesn't resemble Kurt as much as I would've hoped. The space inbetween the mouth and the nose is too big... :/ meh, oh well.
