-exclusive ownership  
-exclusive use without the need of crediting me, the designer  
-editing allowed
-resale enabled  
-deleting your exclusive from gallery is also an option available to owners  
-by default sold pictures go under watermark without free download. Changing the watermark and download setup once is an option available to picture owners.
-custom title possible

-Exclusive owners have the responsibility to uphold the terms of service of the service(s) used to create their item.  Contact for details on individual picture.   

-Titels on pictures will be delivered asap after purchase in case random
-Owners of pictures please notify if your purchase hasn't been handled in your sense after 48 hours

Concerning dreamup creations:  
Pictures were created in germany where i (addictiveprompts) would have reasonable grounds to assume copyright.  
The ToS of dreamup are vague and uncertain at this point in time.  
Copyright status of dreamup pictures is uncertain to a degree.  
Caveat emptor applies and is agreed to with a purchase of a dreamup creation! No refunds!
