As I know, Vegeta and Bulma are not married...they just live together and have children^^ please if I am wrong tell me!!!! Oo
They are married. In the Manga and Japanese version of the anime Vegeta calls Bulma his 'wife'. He also calls her his wife multiple times in the new movie, 'battle of the gods' which is supposed to be considered canon because Akira Toriyama worked on it himself.
