Bob Newhart who played Leonard the polar bear has also passed away a couple weeks ago. May all these great actors/actresses rest in peace.

Sad news. I don't know if everyone heard yet, but Richard Simmons, the voice of Boone passed away on July 13/2024. He was 76. I heard the news from @CuriousUserX90 I updated my collage of Richard which is in this group. May he rest in peace.
Also, one of the composers Al Kasha died in 2020.

Bob Newhart who’s only voice over roles were as Bernard from the Rescuers films and Leonard the Polar Bear has died too? If this is true then we’ve certainly lost all original voice actors from The Rescuers, who are also the only ones to’ve ever voiced their characters. And let’s not forget that Bob Newhart was also known for a live action performance in Elf, which makes 2 Christmas films, but only one was seen on the big screen.
