Scroosh PSA

Hello guys it’s me again and it’s been a long time.

I have some news to announce about the species Scroosh itself and myself. 

I’m been through a lot of stressful events, I hope it’s finally getting better by the end of next month and until then I have some news to announce about the closed species Scrooshes. 

I’ve been drawing Scrooshes for over 8years. yeah, thats quite long and they have a long history with me, even when I spent years drawing others things instead, I always looked back at my lil bebes. 🥺

However, it’s time for a change…

… Regarding Closed Species, I created Scrooshes as a closed species because, back at that time, I wanted to become popular and make money with it. I mean, honestly, who doesn’t want to be famous and rich? Who didn’t look at a popular CS and wished their Design/CS would sell for 300$+ like that. 

Welp. Things have changed now. Back then I was broke as fuck, a student with only 50$ a month to spent on food and fun. And thanks to CS, I was abIe to make some extra money with selling Adopts. Otherwise I wasn’t able to afford food to last for a month, clothes, shoes and cinema. 

But now things have changed, I got a job, run a small business and I can enjoy the little things in life now. I’m not rich but I’m happy with what I have and that’s good enough for me. 

The other thing with CS is, it takes a lot to keep it running, you need to invest a lot of time and hard work into it. A lot of cs don’t last long or become toxic and stressful over time, what made a lot of good people and friends leave this community for good. 

Regardless of the latest events with cs I made a decision.

I don’t want to give up on Scrooshes however, I don’t need them as Closed Species anymore.

I’m still going to host contests, raffles and make adopts from time to time.

Starting in June, everybody can make and sell their own Scrooshes.

When you post them, please credit me as the creator of the species and feel free to post your Scrooshes in the group I would love to see your work. 

The Masterlist won’t be contributed, however I will post the remaining updates and I will only post my sold adopts on there and on Toyhou.se

Since more and more people are not using DA that much, I would also recommend to post your Scroosh designs on TH, so you can keep track of your designs. 

I will also finish all the unfinished projects and contest that I left when I burned out of existence…. in May 

Not now… I still have so much to do.
