The episode opens with an establishing shot of the Royal Woods Mall. Vanzilla pulls up into a spot in the parking lot and out step the Louds, arriving to do their back-to-school shopping.  A few spots down, a worn-out 1920’s sedan pulls up into a spot and out step the McKimsons, a brunette-haired hillbilly family from Hazeltucky.
