Legal department
The legal department of the DBFZ is the central contact for the preparation, review and negotiation of contracts. It is also responsible for providing legal advice to management and specialist departments as well as representing the DBFZ in and out of court in legal disputes. The focus is on cooperation, R&D, work and service contracts. Furthermore, there are numerous questions from the areas of corporate law, public procurement law and public procurement law, some of which are influenced by public law.
No warning without prior contact
In the event of competition law, domain law, copyright law, data protection law or similar problems, we ask you to contact us in advance to avoid unnecessary legal disputes and costs. We guarantee that rightly objected passages will be removed immediately, without the need on your part to involve a lawyer. The cost of a lawyer's warning without prior contact with us will be rejected as unfounded in the sense of the duty to mitigate damages and counterclaim for violation of the above provisions may be raised.
You will find further information on data protection at the DBFZ in our data protection declaration.
