First, check that your Set Top Box is connected to the power supply. Activate it by pressing the blue button on the back. On your TV menu, select the HDMI outlet to which you have connected the Set Top Box. On most TVs, this is done by pressing the SOURCE or INPUT or ΑV key.
If the problem affects all channels, check the connection between the Set Top Box and the TV and make sure that the volume on both is not muted or set low.

A delay of less than one minute is a result of the way the signal of OTT (Over the Top) services is transmitted via mobile devices
If you try to link more than 5 devices to your account (log-in from a 6th device), the app asks you to replace one of the current ones with a new one. This can only be done twice in the same month. For support, contact the Cyta Call Centre on 132.
If you enter a wrong Administrator Profile password, the system will ask you to enter the correct one. After the 5th incorrect attempt, all the profiles, including the Administrator Profile are locked and no connection is possible for 20 minutes.
If you enter a wrong password, the system will ask you to enter the correct one. After the 5th incorrect attempt, your Profile is locked and no connection can be made from the Set Top Box for 20 minutes. The other Profiles will function normally.
If you enter a wrong Buy PIN, the system will ask you to enter the correct one. After the 5th incorrect attempt, you will not be able to make a purchase for 20 minutes.
