Our products are manufactured specifically for use in the United States. Warranties are not valid outside of the US and any costs incurred due to returns or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the consumer. There may also be compatibility issues with the following foreign standards:

• power/voltage
• video standards
• AM/FM tuning standards
• Satellite Radio compatibility
• GPS Maps

Please keep in mind that foreign-billed or -issued credit cards often require additional processing time. Crutchfield only ships to US domestic addresses including APO/FPOs. Delivery time generally takes between 1 – 6 business days after an order has been processed.

We have different security requirements depending on your payment method. The most consistent way to process an order quickly is to provide Crutchfield with a domestic US address and phone number for delivery that are registered to the recipient's name. We may require a security call back to the recipient to confirm that they are willing to accept the order on your behalf.

UPS ARS labels are not valid for international shipping or shipping from US territories other than Puerto Rico. You are responsible for any international shipping charges or duties.
