The candle flame can spread from the wick to the wax causing a larger than expected flame, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Mango Tangerine Scented Candles sold in June 2024 and return the candle to any Trader Joe’s store for a full cash refund of $4, or complete the Product Feedback Form online at https://www.traderjoes.com/home/contact-us/product-feedback to receive a $4 Trader Joe’s gift card by mail. Consumers will receive a response from Customer Relations requesting a receipt or a photo of the candle.

Hazard:

The recalled coffee makers can expel hot water from the top of the machine, posing a burn hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled coffee makers. Consumers may return the unit to an ALDI store for a full cash refund of $49.99, plus applicable sales tax. Alternatively, consumers may receive a $75 ALDI electronic gift card when they visit www.recallrtr.com/aldicoffeemaker, register the recalled coffee maker, and receive instructions on how to cut the unplugged cord, dispose of the product, and upload photos of the coffee maker showing the model number, registration number, and cut cord.

The power banks can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled banks and return them to any IKEA store for a free replacement product or for a full refund. If you are unable to return it to a store, contact IKEA for instructions on how to dispose of the VARMFRONT Power Bank to receive a full refund. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required to receive a full refund.

Hazard:

The recalled baby loungers violate the federal safety regulations for Infant Sleep Products because the sides are too low to contain the infant; the sleeping pad is too thick, posing a suffocation hazard; an infant could fall out of an enclosed opening at the foot of the lounger or become entrapped; and the loungers do not have a stand, posing a fall hazard if used on elevated surfaces. These violations create an unsafe sleeping environment for infants.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled loungers, and contact MEIXIA Shop for information on how to dispose of the product to obtain a full refund. MEIXIA Shop and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.

If water gets into the mower’s handle support while the battery is installed, the mower can fail to shut off when the bail handle is released or start without a key, posing a laceration hazard to the user.

Remedy:

The recalled guitar string lubricant contains a contaminant, posing a risk of skin irritation.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled guitar lubricant and contact Chem-Pak to receive a free replacement. Do not empty the product prior to disposal or pour the product down the toilet or drain. Consumers should mark the bottom of the product with the word “Recalled” and the date in permanent marker, then upload a photo of marked product, the product’s model number and lot code, and a photo of the disposed product in the trash, and submit the photo online at https://chem-pak.com/productrecalls/. Upon successful registration, the firm will issue a replacement to purchasers.

Hazard:

Front-mounted knobs on the ranges can be activated by accidental contact by humans or pets, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should contact Samsung to receive a free set of knob locks or covers compatible with their model of electric slide-in range to install.

Consumers using the recalled ranges without knob locks or covers are cautioned to keep children and pets away from the knobs, to check the range knobs to ensure they are off before leaving the home or going to bed, and to not leave objects on the range when the range is not in use.

Consumers with Wi-Fi enabled ranges can enable the “Cooktop On” notification on the Samsung SmartThings app to receive alerts on their smartphone when a cooktop burner is turned on.

Hazard:

A loss of alignment between the handlebar and front wheel, due to insufficient torquing of steerer clamp bolts, can cause the rider to lose control of the steering, posing a fall hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles, and contact an authorized Brompton dealer to schedule an appointment for a free repair to tighten the steerer clamp bolts on the handlebar stem. Brompton is contacting all registered owners and dealers directly.
