Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures
Parent and Kid Reviews

What's the Story?
Kai Brightstar (Jamaal Avery Jr.), Lys (Juliet Donenfeld), and Nubs (Dee Bradley Baker) are younglings studying to become Jedi masters. Learning under Master Yoda, the trio are serious about their training but still find lots of ways to have fun together. When they're transferred to a new Jedi Temple, they meet new friend Nash Durango, a young pilot who accompanies them on adventures and helps them fight foes.
Is It Any Good?
This lively series is just the right speed for younger kids who aren't quite ready for Darth Vader. It may seem like "Star Wars lite" compared to some of the darker, more mature entries in the franchise, but it's exciting to see an age-appropriate offering for the youngest fans. While grownup fans may worry about whether this series is canon, its intended audience will love adventuring along with these younglings, and parents will appreciate the focus on social-emotional lessons.
