What's It About?

PODCRUSHED is a weekly talk show podcast hosted by actor Penn Badgley and his two friends Nava Kavelin and Sophie Ansari, as they reminisce about their middle school years. With top tier guests like Jenna Ortega, Kelly Clarkson, and Lilly Singh, the co-hosts chat about their defining adolescent years and how their experiences shaped who they are today. From self-esteem, to first kisses, to struggles with body hair, the nostalgia runs deep through every episode. Aside from looking back to their teen years, the hosts and guests also talk about the experience of being a child actor, relationships, mental health and much more. The show is a great listen for teens currently going through the struggles they discuss to be able to relate to and see what comes after the madness that is adolescence. It's also a great co-listen for adults and their kids to share their experiences and relate to one another, all while laughing -- and maybe crying -- along the way.

A fun, heartfelt down to earth podcast that's sure to be relatable for teens and their parents. Podcrushed one of those pods that may have been made for adults to be able to reminisce on the "good ol' days", but also serves as a beautiful opportunity for adults and teens to share, relate and bond. What makes it even more infectious is the bond the hosts have with one another and the fun and easy banter they share with their guests. Although most of the guests are famous celebrities, they become incredibly relatable as they open up about their own childhoods and journey through their tween and teen years. Podcrushed offers nostalgia, camaraderie, humor, and a therapy session all in one nicely produced show.
