What's It About?

GROWN, A PODCAST FROM THE MOTH combines storytelling with entertaining conversations about the awkward in-between stages of growing up. Bringing on guests to discuss specific experiences such as concerts, festivals, prom, puberty, mental health, and more, episodes work to shed light on the aspects of teen and tween years that are not always discussed and emphasize that growing up isn't a destination, it's a process. Some episodes provide tips for dealing with emotions, how to reflect on experiences, and prioritizing mental health.
