Exciting and interesting, but also quite confusing.
Tenet is a crazy movie in multiple ways. Large, practical explosions and stunts make for great spectacle, and the complex plot and reversal of time make the story very intriguing- if you can understand it. This is not a movie to watch if you want to relax; attempting to follow the reverse-time logic and plot will take every neuron you've got.
The audio mixing doesn't help either. Many key pieces of dialog are extremely hard to hear, which can be pretty frustrating, especially if you don't have the best speakers.
But in general, I would say Tenet is quite a good movie. Just be prepared to think hard.
Violence:
The movie is full of tense gun action and people getting shot and killed, but you never actually see any injuries clearly, so it's intense but not gruesome.
A dying man is pushed onto a railing and bends in a disturbing way.
A man threatens to beat his wife with a belt, but doesn't.
Discrimination:
Main character is black, many side characters are people of colour. Not sure if it's 100% perfect, but it seems pretty good compared to many movies.
Although all of the major 'hero' characters are men, the women that are there play a big role, and seem to be represented fairly and respectably.
Sex:
Kisses on the cheek is as far as it gets.
Language:
F word used once. Abusive husband calls his wife a b*tcha few times.

Dull characters and disturbing alien dismemberment
Boring characters fighting glowing cgi aliens with glowing cgi, unoriginal, robots. Lots of aliens being torn/cut/burned to pieces in full view; a disturbing scene where an alien fetus tears its way out of its mother, strangles itself in its own umbilical cord, and then is used for 'comedic relief' at the end when a character cuts his way out of its corpse.
Aliens have blue glowing blood and 'alien' organs. It's not exactly gory the normal way, but it's still quite horrific.

Unremarkable on its own
If you're not already a star wars fan, you might find this movie a little underwhelming. Overused, very poor quality cgi makes it look almost cartoony at times, and the story is somewhat uninteresting on its own.
On the other hand, the action sequences are engaging, and characters are reasonably well thought out. If you're already a star wars fan, you will probably enjoy the plot a lot more than someone who is unfamiliar with the greater story line.
DISCRIMINATION:
In terms of sexism/ racism it's not amazing, but far better than the original star wars trilogy.
There is a definite lack of of racial diversity, especially in the main characters.
Most of the main heroic characters are men, although there are also a couple of powerful female characters who are fairly well respected.
SEX
None.
VIOLENCE
Lots of flashy scifi battles, but not much actual blood shown; a character gets chopped in half with a lightsaber, but all you can see of it is the two halves falling away in the distance, no gore visible. Still, this may be shocking or disturbing to some people.
