*SPOILERS* Exceeded my (very high) expectations
I have been following all of the hype and leaks for this movie on Twitter, so my expectations were very high for this movie. Especially since (in my personal opinion) the Tom Holland Spider-Man movies always lacked severe consequences and stakes. The previous Spider-Man movies were always my favorites. However, No Way Home exceeded my expectations, and is my favorite MCU movie that I've seen in awhile.
This movie is on the same level as every other MCU movie when it comes to violence and language. So if your kid has seen any MCU movie, they will be fine. It is very long (2.5 hours) and it does drag in the second act, so any kid under 10 may not be able to sit through it.
**SPOILERS**
I am so freaking happy that Tobey and Andrew are back, it MADE this movie 10x better. Especially Andrew's Peter, he really did an amazing job bringing a funny, snarky Peter into the mix. I am so glad the rumors ended up being true!
All the villains are great, and are improved from their past performances. Especially Green Goblin, William Dafoe was awesome!
Because the marketing/trailers of the movie had to completely leave out the second half, the first hour is kind of spoiled. With Dr. Strange, MJ, and Ned. It had some pacing issues up until the return of Andrew and Tobey, so that's why I gave it four stars.
All-in-all, this was fun, nostalgic, and even emotional! I really enjoyed it and think it deserves all the hype it has gotten.

Really fun action/adventure movie!
I really didn't know what to expect with this movie. It had a great cast, but I wasn't willing to see in theaters but I ended up watching on Netflix. I was pleasantly surprised! I mean, it's nothing super original but it is a really fun watch! Dwyane Johnson and Ryan Reynolds are great together, you can tell they had fun playing off each other. It even had a twist in the end that I did not see coming! If you just want a fun action movie that stands alone and is not connected to some long franchise storyline, this is for you!
There is some violence, language, and adult humor. I think 12+ would be fine watching this.

Stupid, but surprisingly fun at times
This movie's story is very dumb and has a lot of plot holes, just like the first. But, I somehow enjoyed this one a bit more. I think it is more self-aware and kind of ran with the more funny parts of the first one. I still think these aren't as fleshed out as the made by Disney Marvel movies, but they are something different which is nice. I would put it in the same group as the Transformers and TMNT movies, they are not believable but they are fun just to turn your brain off and watch. Special effects are pretty cool. One complaint is that Venom is really hard to understand, more than the first. He has to explain more in this too, so I had a hard time following what he was saying.
It is more violent than a normal Marvel movie, but not like Deadpool or any of the R-Rated stuff.
*SPOILERS*
I am excited to see Tom Hardy's Venom with Tom Holland's Spiderman. They're both from very different takes on the Spiderman universe, so it'll be cool to see them collide.
In the end, I kind of enjoyed it even though it has it's stupid moments. 3 of 5 stars.

Great comic book film, for adults!
The first Suicide Squad was disappointing for sure, but I thought the characters had potential to be really good in a different film. I think James Gunn saw that potential and took the best characters from Suicide Squad for this movie. Harley and Rick Flagg work really well in the new story, and all the new characters are great additions. BloodSport, Peacemaker, Ratcatcher, King Shark, and Polka Dot Man are hilarious, fun, and great adaptations of their comic book selves. And they even figured out a way to make Starro the Conquer work! All in all, a huge improvement and a refreshing change for the repetitive superhero movie industry!
When it comes to language and violence, this movie has a lot. A lot of the F-Word used and very extreme violence. It kind of depends on how much violence bothers you. King Shark, BloodSport, and Peacemaker are the main characters responsible for the violence. You will know in the first 5 minutes of the film if the violence is too much for you. I would say 16+ for sure for the language, maybe 18+ for the violence depending on your kid.

Exactly what I wanted it to be!
I've really missed getting to watch big blockbuster movies during lockdown, so I was really excited for Godzilla vs. Kong. I really liked King Kong and the first Godzilla, and the second Godzilla was pretty good too. Godzilla vs. Kong did not disappoint!! The special effects were amazing, probably one of the best I've seen. It was exactly what I wanted out of a movie like this. Plenty of really cool fights between Godzilla and Kong, especially the final one in Hong Kong. I didn't mind the plots with the actors, they all fit the story and felt necessary. Liked Millie Bobby Brown and Alexander Skarsgård's characters a lot. The ending was really creative, won't spoil it though! I saw it on HBO Max, wish I could see it in theaters, but it was still a really fun and cool movie!
There's violence of course, between Godzilla and Kong. But nothing graphic or disturbing.

Better than Joss Wheadon, not necessarily an amazing movie.
I have been waiting for the Snyder Cut of Justice for so long, just like every other DC fan. Man of Steel was great and Batman V Superman had it's good moments (not the "Martha" part lol), so I was looking forward to seeing where Zack Snyder would go for the Justice League. Four hours is too long honestly, so I watched it as a mini-series.
This movie is better than Joss Weadon's version. All the stupid jokes and pointless exploitation of Wonder Woman is gone.
The character development is better, and the characters have better dialog, especially in the group scenes. Steppenwolf is still a lackluster villain, but the CGI is improved. The general tone of the movie is much more serious, which suits the DC heroes much more then the Marvel style that Joss tried to make work.
Cyborg was such a better developed character. I really enjoyed his character more in this version. I still am not a fan of the actor they picked for Flash, or how they portray him. Flash never has been the "Peter Parker" type of awkward young hero in the comics that they make him out to be in the DCEU. I think Grant Gustin is a much better Flash.
Bruce is much more likeable, since he isn't fighting with Diana the whole time. Superman doesn't have the weird CGI lips so that improved on his story alone, haha!
This movie is definitely not for everyone, DC films are much more serious and emotional in tone, which fits the storylines of it's characters. Zack Snyder is a bit too dramatic with his slow motion and music choices at times. And I think he doesn't portray all of the characters how they are in the comics, especially Superman and Batman. But everyone has a different image of the heroes in their head.
When it comes to the language and violence, it wasn't that bad at all. A few F-Bombs, and the violence wasn't that bad to me. If you watched the extended edition of Batman Vs. Superman, then it's about the same level as that. No sexual content.

A little bit disappointed, but still a fun watch
I was really looking forward to this show, Bucky and Falcon were two of my favorite characters from Marvel and to see them in their own show? Great idea, right? Kind of.
First let me say, Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie are great. I love both of their characters, especially when they have scenes together. They are amazing actors. However, the supporting characters are so predictable. . .
First, Sharon Carter. I really liked her in Winter Soldier and Civil War, and I was looking forward to seeing more of her. But, I felt like they completely changed her character in this show. She's bitter, and annoying, and the story of what she's been doing over the past five years didn't quite fit to me.
Zemo is actually one of the only other characters I like. He fits in well with Bucky and Falcon, and has had some funny moments with them.
Karli and the "Flag Smashers". . .I just don't like them. Their story feels so cliché, and I just can't sympathize with them. It's a good idea, but I just don't think it was done well.
John Walker, the new Cap, is annoying of course. But that's part of the storyline. So I guess the actor is doing his job perfectly!
All in all, it's still enjoyable to watch, but there are some things that just rub me the wrong way. I think with such great leads they could've done a lot better with the storyline for this show, but it is still fun to watch.
There is some language and violence, maybe slightly more than the average Marvel movie. But nothing severe.

Really fun, but kind of shallow
I LOVED the first Wonder Woman movie, so I was super excited for the sequel. Sadly, I was somewhat disappointed with WW84.
Visually, this movie is very cool. It looks similar to season 3 of Stranger Things. Oversaturated 1980's nostalgia is everywhere. For Stranger Things I thought it worked well, but I don't think it fits Wonder Woman very well. Also since this came second, it feels like it's trying to piggy back on to the success of other nostalgia-heavy tv shows and movies that have come out recently.
The character of Wonder Woman feels very different in this movie. She still is struggling with the loss of Steve, but it has been about 40 years since he died so it's kind of hard to believe she' still hanging on to it. The writing of Diana also feels different than the first one, and even different from Batman V Superman. Can't put my finger on why.
I love Steve and thought Chris Pine was great as the character again. But, the way that they had him return is very odd. Almost possessing another man's body after Diana wishes for it? And then Diana sleeps with Steve, but that means she also slept with this strange man who is totally unaware. . .wish they would've handled his return better.
I loved Pedro Pascal's villain. He did a fantastic job! But, as much as I love Kristen Wiig I just felt like her character was unnecessary. And the final fight scene with her, the CGI looks really rough.
This movie is fun and watchable, but you can't think too hard about it or you're not gonna like it. I think Wonder Woman is a hard character to bring into "modern" times and they have not succeeded at it yet. But hopefully they will bring back the same good writing and story from the first for the third one.

Great thriller show
I really enjoyed this show, it's a great mystery-thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Kaley Cuoco is fantastic, it's nice to see her in a different role. I've never watch a crime show that was as original and unpredictable as this one. There is a lot of f-bombs in the show. Kaley's swearing fits the situations she's in, but her friend, Annie, drops the f-bomb a lot for no reason. I find her character a bit annoying so that may be why I find her swearing more annoying, but just a heads up about that. There is a sex scene in the first episode, but it is only a few seconds and doesn't show much. There is another in the second episode that last a bit longer and shows a lot more nudity (the guy is shown from behind completely naked). Also, there is a LOT of alcohol consumption and alcoholism in general. All in all a great show, I was able to look past the few things that annoyed me and enjoyed it. I'd say 14+.

Best movie of 2021 !!!
I am a big fan of Denis Villeneuve's films, so I was very excited for this. And it did not disappoint! It exceeded my expectations!!
I have heard some complaints that it is too slow, but I think that is coming from people who are used to fast passed action movies that have little substance beyond what you see. Dune is a slow-burn movie that you have to be patient with because the pay off will be amazing! So please ignore those complaints and just watch it!!
The film is beautiful first of all. And the effects are amazing! The world building is great and I had no problem understanding the politics of the world. Some of the shots are simply breathtaking!
All of the main characters are extremely likeable and the actors do an amazing job. Especially Timothee Chalamet and Rebecca Ferguson. I cannot wait to see more of Zendaya's character in part two, hopefully.
I don't want to spoil anything else, because you just have to watch this and give it a chance!! It is a one of a kind movie that is perfect visually and story-wise as well. Love it and cannot wait to own it and watch it over again!!
It has some mild violence, and one scene where a man is naked but nothing graphic is shown at all. I'd say 12+
