Inspiring docu series for dancers
The only reason I say 7+ is because it might bore littler kids. Inspiring documentary will make you want to dance. My daughter is 12 and she loves it- no one is too old for this.

Amazing, with some mature content
This musical has no other word for it than stunning. Absolutely incredible. There is mild language, including s***, wh***, and b*st***, but all f-words were taken out. In one song, it describes Hamilton’s affair with a mistress, and if your children are young this will go over their heads, but if they are not, be prepared for an awkward three minutes. All they do is kiss, and the women sits in his lap, but if you decide to listen to the lyrics closely, you will hear a lot of iffy stuff. It might bore younger kids, as it is 3 hours long, but my 11 year old loves it. I am very glad she was mature enough to see this, and there were no awkward questions. If you think they can handle it, it is a must-see!

Great, but lots of language
I love Taylor Swift, I think she is an amazing role model for your daughters, and just a great person. There is a lot of talk about gender equality that can get pretty heavy, but it is important to expose them to real life. A small portion of the documentary is dedicated to the sexual assault crime against her. In one scene, they show a clip from a Kanye West concert, with the fans repeatedly chanting “f*** Taylor Swift!” If your kids can handle, language, this is definitely something you want to show them!

Powerful female lead, and great role models
Show your daughters this movie! There is violence (as one should expect from a marvel film) but nothing outrageous, and nothing your kid hasn’t seen before if they are a marvel fan. I have an 11 year old and she and her friends love this. The storyline is perfect, and the lead has amazing acting, and will really pump up your girls! A must-see

Bad acting, auto tuned songs, but overall endearing
This is a kid’s movie. There is no other way to put it. Your kids will love it if they are young, and you will be confused on how they got such bad actors. It has a sweet message, even though the main characters don’t exhibit great character traits in the beginning. This is a movie for your kids, not you, and I see no reason not to let them see it.

Oh, come on people
People. Really? This is a princess movie. It isn’t, in any way, shape, or form, 18+. It is a heartwarming, lovely, and modern Disney film. Which, may I say is about one of the only princess films that has a plot twist and doesn’t end with a true loves kiss. My 11 year old was 4 when this came out, and still knows all the lyrics by heart. She must have seen it 60+ times. LET YOUR KIDS BE EXPOSED TO THIS. There is no reason they can’t see it.

Dark, a bit slow paced, but overall good for tweens
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is the darkest movie in the series so far, by a mile. It isn’t a comical movie, and expect the characters, when not traveling, to be in constant peril. This is, only part 1, so there is a cliffhanger, and no huge climax. I would say, if watching this with your little ones there is one scene in particular to skip. After pulling Harry out of a lake, Harry tells him to stab a locket. Get ready to skip when they start having this conversation. The locket creates and illusion of Harry and Hermione kissing passionately, and they are suggestively naked. Of course, only their torsos are shown, and mist obscures the rest of their body, but it is still a bit iffy. Later on, Hermione gets tortured, and you hear her very distinctly scream, and also see some of it happening. It could be a bit distressing to hear, but you only see her laying on the floor crying, and there is little to no gore.

Epic. But parent, PLEASE
Ok, some reviewers are offended by the magic. I totally respect your views, and you are entitled to your own opinion. But this is HARRY POTTER. Don’t take your child to Harry Potter if you don’t want them exposed to magic. It’s extremely simple. All this “dark magic” you speak of is used by the BAD GUY. Not the role models. It is an epic, action packed filmed that any kid with a thick skin can watch.

My favorite in the series!
I can not believe CMS would give this three stars! It is full of adventure, and it is fast paced and fun. A lot more action than the other two, but still good for any kid with a thick skin. Children get kidnapped, and that could be a bit distressing to little ones, but they are not harmed. A must-read!
