Great video game
I'm really confused why this has consumerism in it when in reality, it doesn't.
One of my favorite aspects of this game is that it's a good sequel to the first, however, with that in mind, you don't actually need to complete the first version of this game. The missions are super fun and there are all kinds of mini-missions in the game. If you are an MCU mega fan you will be pleased to see all kinds of easter eggs they've hidden in the game, which I am not going to spoil. The plot is also very interesting, so you go through time with a variety of characters to stop Kang the Conquerer. So Kang is actually one of my favorite characters in the game because, although he's the villain, he also serves as comedic relief. (Though the game isn't that intense)
People are also complaining there's too much violence but there really isn't. If you think this has too much violence for your kid then you shouldn't have even introduced any superhero in existence. Heroes fight bad guys, it's not like this game is graphic with the violence. You hit someone they say "oof" and a cartoony heart dissapears. SERIOUSLY THOUGH!! How is that too much violence.

Memberships
I got the 7-week free trial and it allowed me a membership for a little over a week, and it was so boring. Its marketing makes it look like it'll be awesome to unlock so many items but.......SURPRISE! It's a waste of money. I mean Roblox kind of does the same thing but at least their virtual currency is actually more USEFUL. (Though it also is a waste of money)
I think this is an ok math game but it also has a boring plot. And it's repetitive, I've finished getting all of the gems but prodigy doesn't allow to place 4/5 of them because, and I quote prodigy said "We didn't want the game to end so quickly" this game has been on for about 4 years. What do you mean we don't want it to end so quickly?! This is due to so many updates. Including awful pet updates and the membership update. So all the things a membership allowed you to do used to be free but they started making cost money. I understand they need some sort of fund, however, not only are they pressuring kids they are also pressuring parents. So not only does it have horrible marketing, but it's also a waste of time. My 5th teacher grade teacher recommended it but honestly, it has so many errors a 2-year-old would probably call it "fun". Also, there are a ton of glitches so the game is swarming with people trying to hack the game. (Frankly, which isn't hard)

Roblox
Yes the other reviews are correct, there can be bullying and swears. But let's all be honest, bullies and swearing can be found everywhere. At one point or another your children will get bullied and will learn swears. Besides there are parental controls that restrict certain content from roblox.
Roblox can be useful as well, say you want to do yoga but your child is being noisy. You can tell them "Hey, I'm trying to do something relaxing maybe this is a good time for your screen time. " It really does engage children and sure getting kids to be quiet with screens isn't the best way, however, there isn't a parenting manual. Plus technology is advancing , sooner or later kids are going to learn about roblox.
It is also educational because it teaches you how to code. See, as my child started to play roblox, I learned that roblox is simply a collection of many "mini" games. One of which children can make or play games. It also teaches them different controls on the computer which as we all know is going to be important for their future.
In conclusion let your child play roblox and see how it goes, it may not be as bad as you think.
