NOT a quality show. VIOLENCE is prominent. DO BETTER PARENTS.

This show offers little to no educational value and a whole lot of violence. Educating on culture is NOT something that is done in the 2-3 year old age group. The fact that parents on here praising this show for nothing but being a good BABYSITTER is repulsive. I am all for screen time when parents need a few minutes but there are HUNDREDS more shows that can offer a QUALITY experience. You parents and your children need to turn on Bluey. PLEASE SCREEN YOUR CHILDRENS WATCHING EXPERIENCES. Parents need to be present enough to actually know what is rotting their child's mind. Passing this off as cultural education for fear of upsetting the sensitive side of the world is disgusting. My children will know all about culture without animals getting their faces smashed in and kicked to death to save another. Do better parents.

Bheem is a great role model

Bheem is a good role model and an inherently 'good' and empathetic person even though he does occasionally get in trouble with his Mummy. Very low level consumerism, zero references to social media, just a toddler having adventures with friends and local wildlife where he lives.

What's the Story?

In MIGHTY LITTLE BHEEM, a young toddler with boundless curiosity and superhuman strength finds adventures in and around his home. Whether it's a bee who entices him with honey to follow her or a flower tossed around on the wind that he's determined to catch, there's always something new to capture Bheem's attention and prompt his wanderings. Along the way, he gets into and out of trouble by way of his physical might.

Is It Any Good?

Our review:
Parents say (15 ):
Kids say (2 ):

What Bheem's escapades lack in substance, they more than make up for in visual appeal and general entertainment value. This series is lovely to watch with its vibrant CGI, precocious young star, and expressive character interactions that result from the show's lack of dialogue. Its setting in India exposes viewers to features of the culture, including manners of dress, traditional celebrations, music, and modes of transportation, expanding youngsters' multicultural awareness. Mighty Little Bheem is easy on the eyes and filled with entertainment that's gentle if confusing at times, given what Bheem's physical abilities allow him to do.

Talk to Your Kids About ...

  • Families can talk about what aspects of Bheem's lifestyle are similar to -- and different from -- their own. What kinds of things does Bheem play with in Mighty Little Bheem? Where does he sleep? Does he have boundaries limiting where he can go alone?

  • Where does Bheem's curiosity lead him? Why is it a good thing to be curious about the world around you? How can you explore with safety in mind?

  • How do the characters communicate in place of words? How can you tell by looking at a character how he or she feels? Can you pick up on the same kinds of physical cues in person?
