Comedy about modern family is too cheesy for tweens.

More suitable for tween+

Funny show but the kids at times speak rudely and talk down to the parents. My kid was being very sarcastic and rude to her sister and when I asked where she got that from she answered Aron and Erin. Also there’s a lot of romantic themes and more teenage concepts that may not be suitable for younger children.
age 10+

Good show, the rating should be 10+ not 7+ though

Kids have crushes on each other, parents kiss, a boy talks abt making a “thirst trap” (google it), people hug, hold hands etc.

What's the Story?

Newly bound step-siblings, ERIN & AARON, share a name and a love of music. But, that's about all they share. When Aaron's mom, Sylvia, falls in love with Erin's dad, Chuck, they quickly marry and blend their families together. Aaron and his younger sister, Natasha, have to move from Pennsylvania to California and Erin has to learn to share her home for the first time. The duo quickly become rivals, as they try to create independence for themselves in their home and at school. They unexpectedly bond over music, but their rivalry continues. Each day brings a new, quirky adventure for the family.

Is It Any Good?

This silly live-action comedy offers some meaningful moments, but is largely overdone. Erin & Aaron is lighthearted and fun, but could offer more storylines of substance. Most of the comedy is overdone and appeals to a very young audience. The step-siblings cause chaos and their parents often have comedic, yet unhelpful, reactions to their feelings. The show's best offering is it's example of a blended, diverse family and original music.
