Holiday, an 11 year-old girl is pulled, unconscious, from the freezing Alaskan waters by the Anders family while they're out on a whale-watching trip. A year goes by and Holiday and the Anders children's curiosity and desire to get to the bottom of things drives them toward the truth. Holiday and Cyrus Anders' mission to find out the truth leads them into many perilous adventures.
