Host Chanel Tsang's calm and friendly voice mixed with gentle ambient music make for a relaxing experience for both kids and adults. Peace Out Podcast is a great tool to have handy for hectic moments, midday quiet time, or as a prompt for bedtime. Science topics and nature fun facts serve as an entry point for learning while also incorporating simple meditation techniques.

Positive social-emotional lessons are a strength of this podcast. If you can manage to get the family relaxed enough to tune in, it's a great chance to provide kids some experience and strategies for calming down, while also offering parents a moment of peace as well.
