16 days at sea. my unending hunger grows unboreable. a grading washing of sickening salt splashes the hull, I know not of what lurks beneath, though i hear the screeching crack of worn wood below deck warn me of its menace. heed my warning. do not venture far... -Hank.

What's It About?

KOKO SLEEP - KIDS BEDTIME STORIES & MEDITATIONS releases weekly episodes of meditations, relaxation strategies, and stories meant to help kids calm themselves down for a restful and relaxing sleep. Episodes are designed to help kids settle down while also teaching them the importance of rest and meditation. Stories are lighthearted, adventurous, and calming to keep kids just interested enough to listen, but still help them drift off to sleep. Many episodes follow the koala bear Koko on adventures through magical forests, while others follow his friends through their own journeys, each learning important lessons about kindness and compassion along the way.

Host Abbe Opher has the perfect soothing voice that makes this a relxing bedtime podcast for kids or really anyone needing help falling sleep. Koko Sleep - Kids Bedtime Stories & Meditations is great for parents who need some help getting their kids to settle down and prepare their minds and bodies for sleep. Episodes teach valuable meditation and relaxation techniques and the importance of rest. Each episode is fairly short, but long enough to fall asleep to. The only distraction may be the advertisements, often time aimed toward adult sleep apps, which come along with the free version of episodes.
