This podcast is great for starting a brief and basic daily affirmations practice with kids of any age. Charm Words: Daily Affirmations for Kids doesn't try to include any context, characters, stories, or negativity. Free access to over 100 episodes lets adults scroll to a desired affirmation, and put it on for a relaxing and empowering four minutes before moving on with the day.

Young kids may need support from an adult to know when these affirmations might come in handy, and some of the vocabulary may be over little ones' heads. Still, this podcast can be part of a worthwhile daily ritual, especially to support children of color, the intended audience, in boosting confidence, inspiration, and positivity.
