Amazing comedy-murder mystery! Get ready for a BIG plot twist.

Easiest five stars I've given. I laughed. I shivered. My jaw was on the floor. Knives out is such an amazing film. with an amazing script and amazing actors and an amazing soundtrack. They make a hamilton reference at the begining, which is beautiful, but the crazy part is that its ACTUALLY FORESHADOWING OMG Stop reading the reviews and watch it NEOW

I think that lives out is one of the greatest movies in the murder-mystery genre as the plot twist I set up really well as the entire time during the movie we are made to believe that Marta had accidentally overdosed Harlan, and I never realized that it was Raymond and once you watch the film a second time you notice the clues pointing towards Ransom the entire time! I am also glad that Marta did not allow the Thrombys to take the home as most of the family are jerks to put it lightly as they can't even remember what country Marta is from and it is shown that Richard cheats on Linda, Joni stole money from Harlan, and Ransom was behind everything. The best line in the movie comes from detective Blanc "What were the words overheard by the nazi child masturbating in the bathroom?" I would definitely recommend the film to anyone who is interested.

I have seen this movie at least 6 times and it still gets me! I love it and my 9 year old brother watched it. The sexual references should pass by a young ones head. Nearly any violence, except a scene of a throat slit (you barely see anything because it is cut) Overall a great family movie for teens and a greatly pieced together mystery! Highly recommend!

I think this movie is okay for 12+ if he kids can handle Some violence, innuendo, and lots of language.
